Only once the payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed. We are unable to issue a refund, if under 4 business days before the event, you would need to advise us prior to Monday 2nd August if you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund if you have paid. After this day, we would of committed to catering plus other expenses therefore we would require payment regardless. No transfers to the next meeting. Substitutes allowed.
