Set in a stunning vineyard location, Brightwater Wine and Food festival is all about local! For those partial to a glass of something classy in the sun, explore the best Nelson has to offer with around a dozen of our leading wineries, or snaffle a beer or cider from our stellar craft breweries.
For the foodies there’s cooking displays by industry experts and more than 20 gourmet food stalls to explore.
And for the groovers and movers, there’s seven hours of non-stop music with sounds to sooth, or stir. Get stomping with live entertainment is headed by international star Glenn Shurrock, the original voice of Little River Band (remember “Cool Change”, “Other Guy”, “ Lonesome Loser”). Glen is joined by two kiwi classics, home-town girl Sharon O’Neill and Mark Williams, plus local performers, The Peasants, winners of 2011 National Smokefree Rockquest, The Wizard Band and the House of Krammit.
