La De Da & MAZDEF Productions presents La De Hip Hop featuring The Pharcyde.

La De Da has earned a reputation across New Zealand for consistently bringing out Hip Hop royalty at both the La De Da New Year's Eve festival and on tours throughout New Zealand.

The Pharcyde are no exception, and we are stoked to be bringing these Alternative Hip Hop legends from South Central Los Angeles to New Zealand's shores.

Reforming for a 20th Anniversary Reunion Tour, The Pharcyde will be playing all their hit singles including "Drop", "Passin' Me By" and "Runnin'", as well as tracks from their albums including "Labcabincalifornia", "Plain Rap, "Humboldt Beginnings" and of course the epic original album "Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde".

This will be a night of old school Hip Hop with some of Wellington's finest acts warming up the crowd and showing these American Alternative Hip Hop icons how we do it in Aotearoa. On the support lineup is Wellington's own DJ Spell, DJ Marek, MCs Konflikt and Ray Tait, and DJ Jaz rounding off the bill for a night to remember.
