Architectural critic, writer and broadcaster Jonathan Glancey was the architecture and design editor at both The Independent (pre 1997) and The Guardian (1997-2012). He is the best-selling author of 'Modern Architecture', 'Harrier, Spitfire and Giants of Steam' and writes regularly for a range of architecture and design publications.

The Press Christchurch Writers Festival presents this special event with Jonathan Glancey in Christchurch in partnership with Auckland Writers Festival and the support of New Zealand Institute of Architects and The Sir Miles Warren Trust.
