The tour will be accompanied with a radio friendly length version album track "This Road" that features drummer Ben Wood's on vocals and super-cool Moog practisioner Ed Zuccollo” on keys.

Ben came on board with Trinity Roots for Citizen, an already accomplished and in demand session drummer, whose fragile and emotive voice had previously gone unnoticed. On hearing him sing Warren Maxwell had to ask "Holy Sh*t, bro, can you sing that song please?".

Intending to play music from across the Trinity Roots catalogue alongside the latest album, Citizen, the night will be a roots hypnotica filled with harmonies fusion of reggae, slow-funk and jazz exploration.

Like their albums, Trinity Roots shows can be few and far between. Don't miss this!

"vibrant, driving, edgy, and yet at others delicate, fragile, and nebulous. The composition and musicianship on this album is second to none"

– NZ Herald

" Warren Maxwell's dusty tone and lyrical metaphor remain unchanged, acting as clear markers for navigating this sea of diverse influences"

– The Wireless

"The music presented is at times vibrant, driving, edgy, and yet at others delicate, fragile, and nebulous.."
